Lean Meat and Winter Melon Soup

Cut pork into pieces and blanch.

After blanching the bleeding foam, remove it and wash it.

Put it in a pressure cooker, add white wine, ginger slices, green onion, hot water, star anise, and press for 20 minutes.

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

Put the winter melon in the pot, add ginger slices and broth.

Add the stewed lean meat.

Add vermicelli, salt, and stew together.

Stewed winter melon to taste, turn off the heat, add coriander, sprinkle a little pepper, and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil.

Tips:
Winter melon is easy to cook. Don't put it in a pressure cooker and stew with the meat, otherwise the winter melon will stew too badly.
