Lean Meat Rolls

You can buy special rice rolls in supermarkets, and there are formulas. Generally, egg rice rolls, lean meat rolls, and beef rolls.

Mix 100g powder with 250g water, stir well and set aside.

The steaming pan is best made of thin material, good heat transfer, and stainless steel is the best. Two replacements are used in turn. First, brush with peanut oil.

Tips:
1. Spread the flour paste all over the bottom of the plate, as little as possible, so that it is easy to steam, and it will be thinner and taste good after being cooked.
2. There is no need to add salt, just drizzle soy sauce when eating.
