Lees Hairtail

Wash hairtail and cut into sections

Prepare the ingredients
3.
Cut green onion into sections, and cut ginger into silk
4.
Put oil in the pan, add the octopus and fry slowly over medium and low heat

Fry one side and turn the other side to continue frying
6.
Add ginger and lees
7.
Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce, add chili and green onions

Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
Do not cut the octopus into small pieces. If the lees is too dry and not juicy, you can add a little water. I like it to taste more delicious, so the amount of salt added is very small.
