Lemon Melon Strips

Material: winter melon, concentrated lemon juice, rock sugar, wolfberry Tool: multifunctional vegetable cutter

Peel and remove the wax gourd, and cut into strips with a corrugated board. (The hard part on the outer layer is best, and the soft part on the inner circle is not required.)

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot on the fire, pour the cut winter melon strips into a blanching simmer and cook until half cooked.
