Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

Wash the lettuce, drain the water, cut into large sections and set aside

Take the canned dace, tear the fish meat into small pieces by hand, chop the garlic into mince and set aside

In a frying pan, sauté half of the minced garlic

Put the stalks first, then the leaves, stir fry over high heat until soft, set aside

From the frying pan, add the other half of the minced garlic and the canned tempeh and stir fry

Stir fry the dace

Add a little salt, sugar, light soy sauce and pepper to taste

Add appropriate amount of water starch, boil and pour it on the fried lettuce
Tips:
1. The tempeh should be salty enough, pay attention to the appropriate amount of salt, and the salt can be omitted if the taste is light;
2. You can also stir-fry the lettuce first, and then add the dace in the tempeh sauce; you can also fry the dace in the tempeh first, and then add the lettuce and stir-fry. Up to personal preference.
