Stir-fried Lettuce with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

1. A one-in-one canned dace in tempeh.

2. Take out two pieces of dace and a spoonful of beans, and use kitchen paper to absorb the grease on the surface.

3. Tear the tempeh dace into small pieces, and mince a clove of garlic.

4. Wash the lettuce and cut into sections. The leaves and leaf stems are open separately.
