Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

Wash the lettuce and cut into small pieces;

Wash the red cabbage pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips; mince the garlic; open the canned tempeh dace, take out the fish inside and tear it into small pieces, and dig out some tempeh;

Heat oil in a pot, saute minced garlic and tempeh;

Pour in the lettuce and red cabbage shreds, and stir-fry quickly and evenly;

Then add the minced fish and stir fry. Finally, add the chicken essence and salt and stir-fry well.
