Light Cream Bread

The raw materials are ready and put into the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then solid.

Pour 170g of cream and 180g of water into the mixing bucket of the bread maker.

After adding 500g of flour, put sugar, salt and yeast in three places on the flour. Cover the yeast with flour to prevent contact with sugar and salt.

Put the mixing bucket back into the bread machine and start a dough mixing program.

Add 10g of butter softened at room temperature after a kneading procedure. Start another dough-making program. Then take out the stirring blades, start the fermentation process, and take out when the dough expands about twice as big for about 30 minutes.

Cut the dough into 8 pieces of approximate size.

Take a small dough and roll it into a beef tongue shape

Roll up the dough

Roll it into a beef tongue again and then roll it up.

Put it in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Put it in the oven and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 175 degrees for 35 minutes. Because the bakeware is on the upper and lower levels, the position of the bakeware is exchanged once.

Delicious bread is out of the oven.
Tips:
Each oven is different, please adjust accordingly.
Milk powder and coconut paste are purely homemade, and can be changed to your favorite flavor or not added.
Butter can also be omitted, depending on personal taste.
