Swirl Cake

Separate the egg whites and yolks into basins without water and oil.

Add corn oil and water to the egg yolk and stir well.

Sift in low flour and red yeast rice flour and mix well.

Set aside the mixed red yeast rice yolk paste for later use.

Add 50 grams of granulated sugar to the egg whites and beat with an electric whisk until stiff foaming as shown in the picture.

First take one-third of the egg white foam and add it to the red yeast rice yolk paste, stir evenly.

Then pour the mixed red yeast rice yolk paste into the remaining egg white bubble, and mix it up and down evenly. (Do not make a circle, so as not to defoam the cake batter)

Pour the mixed cake batter into a 28x28 baking pan and smooth it out, shake it a few times to make bubbles. (Pin greased paper on the baking tray) Preheat the oven 170 degrees in advance.

Put it into the middle of the oven and bake it at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take out the baked cake upside down and let it cool on the baking net.

Add 350 grams of Nestlé whipped cream to 40 grams of granulated sugar, and whip in ice water.

Then take a clean piece of greased paper, tear off the baked greased paper on the cool but good cake, place it on the clean greased paper, and cut it into 5 strips on average with a knife.

Spread a layer of whipped cream evenly.

First take one and roll it up.

Move the enclosed cake to the turntable, and continue to enclose the remaining 4 cakes at the interface.

Spread another layer of cream on the surface of the cake.

Slice the right amount of strawberries and slice the apple with a flower knife.

Paste the strawberry on the edge of the cake, put sugar beads and apples, and squeeze cream on the edge to finish.
