Light Vegetable Rolls

Wash the spinach, wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin strips.

Cut the water-fat fungus into thin strips, slice the carrots into thin strips, and rub the ginger into thin velvets. Set aside.

Boil the spinach and carrot sticks separately and let them cool in the boiling water. Set aside.

Spread the oil skin on a cutting board and use a knife to make long squares.

I use fresh oil skin that has not been dried. If it is dry oil skin, it needs to be soaked in water in advance.

Cut the spinach into sections, shredded carrots and shredded black fungus, and put them in a small bowl.

Add sesame oil, refined salt, sugar, and a little ginger, mix well.

Wrap the mixed vegetable shreds into the oil crust to make a roll.

Glue the oil skin joint with egg liquid.

Steam on a basket for about 5 minutes.

Finally, according to personal preference, cut the spinach rolls into small pieces of the required length, and put them on a plate.
