Spinach Sauce Seafood Soup

Remove the head, shell, and intestines of the fresh shrimp. Cut the shrimp meat about 1/3 deep from the back of the shrimp with a knife.

Wash the squid, and cut the cross pattern on the inner surface of the squid meat, and cut into small long pieces for later use.

Remove the roots and yellow and rotten leaves of the spinach, blanch it with boiling water, remove and drain, mince it with a household food blender, and filter out the juice for later use.

Add water to the pot, add the processed squid segments and shrimp meat after boiling. Pour the spinach juice after boiling the water again.

Bring to a boil over high heat, beat in the egg liquid to form egg flakes. After boiling, thicken the starch with water, and finally sprinkle with pepper, refined salt, and stir well.
