Xinlimei radish is mainly produced in the north, and it is also called water radish and flower radish. The beautiful radish in my heart is very gorgeous. Shawo radish, also known as Tianjin Weiqing radish, is commonly known as "saiya pear". Shawo radish is emerald green, sweet in taste, crispy and juicy, and cracks in one shot. It is described by the folks as "a drop of eight petals".

Lime Sweet and Sour Radish Shreds

1. Wash and peel the radish

2. Shawo radish washed and peeled

3. Xinlimei radish and shawo radish are sliced and then shredded

4. Turn the radish into the bowl and squeeze the lemon juice

5. Add salt and sugar separately

6. Pour in white vinegar and mix well

Tips:

1. Mixing radishes with lemon juice can not only increase the taste of radishes, but also prevent oxidation and color fixation;
2. Don't have too much salt, it only serves as a seasoning.
