Lime Sweet and Sour Radish Shreds

Wash and peel the radish

Shawo radish washed and peeled
3.
Xinlimei radish and shawo radish are sliced and then shredded

Turn the radish into the bowl and squeeze the lemon juice

Add salt and sugar separately

Pour in white vinegar and mix well
Tips:
1. Mixing radishes with lemon juice can not only increase the taste of radishes, but also prevent oxidation and color fixation;
