Longan and Red Date Water

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put the red dates in clean water, soak for a few minutes, and then clean the dust inside the skin folds. Peel off the shell of dried longan for later use.

Put all the cleaned red dates and dried longan into the health pot.

Then put the brown sugar into the health pot. Brown sugar is not as sweet as white sugar, so you can add more.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the health pot. The amount of water is not fixed, just don't exceed the highest water level.

Turn on the health pot, select the "Stew" program, and set the time for 15 minutes.

Put roses and goji berries into the cup. Rose and wolfberry do not need to be boiled, so put them directly into the cup and brew them.

Tips:
1. In addition to brown sugar, you can also add honey to taste after the tea becomes warm. Honey can not be boiled in a health pot, high temperature will destroy its nutritional value.
