Lotus Seed Jelly Cake

Tips:
1. The jelly powder must be mixed evenly and non-nuclear;
2. Eat it cold, it tastes better if it is cold;
3. The lotus seed core is bitter, so be careful not to eat it when you eat it;
4. When buying lotus seeds, don't buy bleached ones that smell of sulfur.
