Ingredients

Milk Tea White Jelly

1. Prepare black tea bags and milk.

2. A box of white jelly powder.

3. Pour half of the jelly powder into the skillet. The cooking pot is oil-free and clean.

4. The bowl for eating is filled with 1/3 bowl of tap water.

5. Slowly pour it into the pot and melt it with chopsticks. Then pour the two bowls of water from the eating bowl. Put it on the fire and stir while cooking until it boils.

6. Pour it into a square lunch box for a good shape. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator. Not freezing! ! 1

7. Put two boxes of milk into another small saucepan and boil them together.

8. Pour in some caramel, if not, you can put sugar in it.

9. The milk will change color when the black tea is boiled.

10. Spread the gauze noodles in a large bowl, pour the boiled milk tea on the gauze, you can remove some of the tea residues.

11. Take the white jelly out of the refrigerator a few hours later, pour it into a well-released mold, and use a knife block.

12. Pour the white jelly into the cooled milk tea and you can start eating. I also added some taro balls that I made.

Tips:

If there is no caramel, add sugar. You can make white jelly the night before, and make milk tea the next day. Milk tea must be cooled to pour the white jelly. White jelly should be refrigerated instead of frozen! ! !
