Lotus Seed Lily Soy Milk

Soak the lotus seeds in water for a while in advance

Pick up the soaked lotus seeds to remove impurities, use a toothpick to remove the lotus heart and wash it off, and rinse off the lily

Wash the soybeans (if you have enough time, you can also soak overnight in advance, I just wash them directly and put them in the cooking machine)

Pour lotus seeds, lilies and soybeans into the hot drink cup of the food processor

Cover the lid of the hot drink cup

Place the hot drink cup on the cup holder of the host, turn on the power, press the "Start/Stop" button, select the "Broken Wall Soy Milk" function, press the "Start/Stop" button again, and the cooking machine will enter the "heating" program

After heating and boiling, start to enter the "whipping" program, the whole process takes about 25 minutes

When the whipping is completed, open the lid, add a proper amount of sugar, and close the lid

Select the "DIY/step" function, set DIY2, set the time to 15 seconds, set the gear to 1, press "Start/Stop", the cooking machine will be beaten again for 15 seconds to complete, turn off the machine, unplug the power

Pour the prepared soy milk into a cup and drink it

1. Soybeans can be wet or dried beans;
2. After making, there will be a layer of foam on the surface, just use a spoon to skim it.
