Lotus Seed Mung Bean Congee

Take the right amount of Pingzheng Wuchang Rice Flower Fragrant Rice. After soaking, you don’t need to wash the rice basket. Use a bowl to gently change the water.

Soak the lotus seeds to moisten

Soak mung beans and rinse

Pour the three ingredients into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, cover and cook under pressure

The congee cooker should not go away. I left it and it overflowed. Turn off the heat and let it simmer. After the gas has completely returned, turn on the fire again, and turn off the heat when it is almost getting steamed.

Tips:
1. It is best to watch porridge in a pressure cooker. Otherwise it is easy to overflow the pot.
2. Turn off the fire on the air, to avoid overflowing the pot, and use the effect of braising. Save fuel.
3. I like to cook plain porridge. If I like to eat salty, just side dishes; if I like sweet, add sugar in the bowl.
