Lotus Seed Turtle Ling Paste

Prepare ingredients.

Take 250ML of water and mix the tortoiseshell paste powder until it has no granules.

Add 1.1 liters of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.

After boiling, turn to low heat, pour in the tortoise-ling paste of step 2, stir while pouring in until small bubbles are formed, slightly boiled.

Pour it into a container and let it cool to remove surface foam.

Wash the lotus seeds.

Tips:
1. When adding water to mix the tortoise-ling paste powder, it should be mixed until there is no grain.
2. Add it to the boiling water pot and stir it regularly while pouring it.
3. The seasoning can be honey, condensed milk, or boiled in sugar water, or add saccharification in the boiling water pot and then add the tortoise shell paste.
