Low-sugar Egg Yolk Biscuits

1. Two egg yolks and one egg in an oil- and water-free container

2. Whisk with a whisk, until the fish-eye bubbles are formed, add sugar for the first time

3. Add sugar for the second time

4. Add sugar for the third time

5. Send it until the egg is painted 8. If it doesn’t disappear immediately, it’s fine.

6. Put low-gluten flour and baking powder together and mix well

7. Sift and add to the beaten egg

8. Cut and mix evenly

9. Put it in the piping bag and cut a mouth for the piping bag

10. Put oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray and squeeze it evenly onto the baking tray with a piping bag

11. Heat the oven up and down 180°, 15 minutes

Tips:

1. Add white sugar to egg liquid three times;
2. When adding the sifted flour to the whipped egg mixture, it must be cut and mixed, not stirring;
3. Store the biscuits in an airtight jar after they are allowed to cool to avoid dampness.
