[lu Cuisine] Stir-fried Fresh Scallops

1. Wash the thawed fresh shellfish, drain the water, pour some cooking wine and marinate.

2. Slice cucumber, carrot and onion.

3. Put the starch in an appropriate amount of water and mix it into water starch.

4. Mix appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and salt into a flavored juice.
