[lu Cuisine] Stir-fried Fresh Scallops

Wash the thawed fresh shellfish, drain the water, pour some cooking wine and marinate.

Slice cucumber, carrot and onion.
3.
Put the starch in an appropriate amount of water and mix it into water starch.

Mix appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and salt into a flavored juice.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices, add onions and stir fry.

Fry the onion flavor, add the carrot slices, and fry until the color changes.

Add fresh scallops and stir fry.

Add cucumber slices and pour in the mixed juice.
9.
After boiling, stir-fry evenly, pour in water starch, collect the juice and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't put too much salt and sugar, so as not to cover up the original umami taste of fresh shells~~
