Lu San Fried Noodles

Ingredients: bowl noodles soaked in boiling water, soft and drained, cut lean meat into small sections, marinate in salt, light soy sauce, chili sauce, shred carrots, wash and drain mung bean sprouts, chop green onions, and chop garlic

Heat the oil in the pan, add the lean meat and fry it, set aside

Stir-fry the carrot shreds in hot oil, set aside

Heat oil, fry the fragrant garlic first, then add the mung bean sprouts and stir fry, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry until cooked and soft, then add the green onions and continue to stir fry

Then pour the soaked noodles and stir fry quickly

Then pour in the carrot shreds and lean pork shreds that were picked up before, and quickly stir-fry them evenly. In the meantime, season with light soy sauce and stir-fry until evenly.

Tips:
Blanching the noodles with boiling water can make the bowl of noodles soft and easy to fry; the mung bean sprouts should be drained before frying, which can avoid too much water when frying. The fried noodles with mung bean sprouts have a crispy taste
