There is a lot of rain during the Qingming Festival, spring, must there be some fresh green breath? Qingming grass is the main material for making youth leagues. Qingming grass is actually mouse wormwood. Because I hate mice, I prefer another name for mouse wormwood, Qingming grass. This time I used two kinds of grasses, Qingming grass and ordinary wormwood! The made Qingtuan has a faint grassy fragrance and a faint scent of wild chrysanthemums. It has a spring earthy smell, soft, fresh and sweet. Come one, it will definitely melt people's hearts! "

Lucky Flower Youth Group (qingming Baba)

1. Pick the Qingming grass, wash it, and drain the water for later use

2. Pick the wormwood, wash it, and drain it for later use

3. Drained Qingming grass and wormwood, sprinkle baking soda powder and mix evenly (baking soda can keep the green color of the green group after steaming)

4. Mix the Qingming grass and wormwood mixed with baking soda powder (If there is no wormwood or Qingming grass, you can use only one of them! You can use only Qingming grass or only wormwood. Oh!)

5. Use boiling water to scald the mixed grass (5 minutes is fine, do not burn for too long, do not cover the lid when it is hot, otherwise it will turn yellow)

6. Wash the scalded green grass in cold water, remove it, squeeze the water, and chop it

7. Chop the chopped green grass in a blender for later use (if it feels dry, you can put a small amount of water in it, I use a fruit juice machine to crush it),

8. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to sticky rice flour is 2:1. If there is no sticky rice flour, you can use noodles instead! I have tried both kinds of noodles and there is not much difference

9. The sticky rice noodles can be boiled and cooked into a dough (it can be slightly dry, because the grass juice is contained in the green tuan grass, and the noodle soup can be dried a little when it is in the green dough)

10. Glutinous rice flour, green grass pulp, hot cooked dough, mix together, knead evenly into a dough for later use

11. Green dough👆white dough👇

12. Boil the sticky rice flour with boiling water (the sticky rice flour here can be put in more water, because the glutinous rice flour that will be mixed in a while also needs water, friends who don’t know the amount of water, you can also add water when mixing the glutinous rice flour)

13. Mix the hot sticky rice flour with glutinous rice flour and knead into a dough for later use (if you like other colors, you can add various colors! I made two colors this time, the white one, and the orange dyed with carrot juice)

14. Black sesame filling👇

15. Stir-fry the black sesame seeds, grind and smash them in a cooking machine, add butter (or lard, for flavoring), honey, white sugar, and stir to form a dough (if you like sweet, you can add honey and white sugar at will! As long as you can knead it) Don’t stick to your hands.)

16. Started to be a youth league 👇

17. Take out all the basic materials prepared earlier for use, and prepare a drop-shaped abrasive tool and leaf abrasive tool (of course! The pattern is up to you)

18. Divide the black sesame filling, white bean paste filling, and green dough into small ingredients and knead them into small balls for later use (Students with slow hands can cover the dough with a plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out)

19. Roll the green dough into thin slices, wrap it with filling, close it, and knead it into smooth balls

20. Roll out the white dough and cut out small leaves with an abrasive tool

21. Put three small leaves on the stuffed Qingtuan, press a little green dough in the middle of the three leaves, press with the palm of your hand to make the leaves and the Qingtuan close together (a Qingtuan with white leaves is complete)

22. Roll out the white dough and cut out the four petals of the four-leaf flower with a drop-shaped abrasive tool

23. Put four leaves on the Qingtuan, and put a little green or orange dough on the center of the four petals. Press with the palm of your hand to make the petals close to the Qingtuan (the lucky flower is just like that on the Qingtuan)

24. I made these three patterns this time, and friends can use their imagination to create a variety of styles.

25. In a pot under cold water, turn down the heat after the water is boiled, and steam for 10 minutes (a large group can be steamed for a longer time, my diameter is about 3 cm, and the steamed one is just cooked for ten minutes)

26. 👇Cooked

27. Family portrait

28. My favorite is still the green lucky flower

29. Soft and soft, the heart is melted

Tips:

Youth groups are mostly small cakes with a high content of glutinous rice flour, which are difficult to digest. Girls who love beauty should not be greedy!
