How to make mackerel, I can’t think of a mackerel in tomato sauce after a friend suggested it. Most canned mackerel is in tomato sauce, so I can make one whenever I think about it. I just made the fish according to my own method, and it tasted okay. Due to the time, if I cook it for a short time or longer, I want the bones to be crispy.

Mackerel in Tomato Sauce

1. Chop some green onions, ginger, garlic

2. Mackerel washed

3. Cut some tomatoes

4. Pick up the frying pan, add a dried pepper and an aniseed

5. Stir fry the green onion, ginger and garlic

6. Then put in the fish

7. Add cooking wine

8. Add tomatoes

9. Add tomato sauce

10. Add salt

11. Add water

12. Transfer to a pressure cooker and add sugar

13. I added a few more peppercorns

14. Cover the pot and cook for 7 minutes, then collect the juice

Tips:

Because of the time, if my cooking time is shorter or longer, I think the bones will be crispy.
