Prepare ingredients.

The running water washes away the sea mud.

Put water in a pot to bring to a boil and turn off the heat, pour the cockles into boiling water, count to ten (8-10 seconds) and immediately pour it into a colander to drain the water.

Let it cool a little and peel the cockles apart. (You can also peel off a piece of shell)

Add 150ml of boiling water to the pot, boil it, add all the seasonings and stir well. Turn off the heat, pour it into a bowl and let cool, then add the peeled scallops and soak for 10 minutes.
