Maixiang Chicken Wing Root

Prepare oatmeal, wash chicken wings root, Orleans seasoning

Use a knife to cut a circle at the thin end of the chicken wing to cut off the fascia to expose the bones, cut the meat into a round meat hammer shape, put it in a bowl, add Orleans seasoning, mix well and marinate for 2 hours (forgot to take the marinating picture)

Dip the marinated chicken wings with egg liquid and then cover with oats

Put everything in a baking tray and wrap the bones of the wing roots with tin foil.

After preheating the oven at 200 degrees, add the penultimate layer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Tips:
1. When marinated with Orleans seasoning, don’t use other seasonings
2. The temperature and time of the oven are determined by your own oven
