Maltose Sweet-scented Osmanthus Mixed with Yam
1.
Wash the dried osmanthus in a large bowl, pick up the floating osmanthus, pour out the impurities at the bottom, and then drain the water
2.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, put the maltose and dried osmanthus in a pot and steam for 1 minute, take it out and stir evenly, let it stand for half an hour, let the fragrance of osmanthus and syrup fuse.
3.
Use a not too sharp knife to shave off the bristles of the iron rod yam, scrub the skin with a toothbrush, and cut it into a shape you like, such as a slice or a small section.
4.
Boil a pot of water, put the yam in the pot, and steam until soft, about 20 minutes.
5.
Finally, pour the sweet-scented osmanthus sauce on the yam.
