Mango Cheese Pudding

Take 90ml of milk and pour into the container, add 40g of white sugar and stir until saccharification;

Add 130ml Nestlé whipped cream and stir well;

In another container, beat two egg yolks and a whole egg, then pour them into step 2 and stir evenly;

Add 10g corn starch and stir evenly;
5.
Use a sieve to filter the egg liquid once and set aside;

Pour the filtered pudding liquid into a container with mango granules, and it will be 8 minutes full;

Add boiling water to the baking pan, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and the water will cover 1/3 of the bottom of the pudding container;
8.
Put it in the lower part of the oven and bake for 25 minutes!
Tips:
1. The sugar must be fully stirred and melted;
2. After the eggs are fully beaten, add to step 3 and mix well;
3. Spread some butter evenly on the mold and sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking;
