Mango Ice Cream

1. Ingredients: 250ml whipped cream, 200g milk, 70g+30g sugar, 300g mango puree, 3 egg yolks

2. Egg yolk, 70 grams of sugar, milk into the milk pot

3. After stirring evenly, heat on low heat, don't boil

4. Boil until it becomes a sticky paste, turn off the heat and let it cool for later use

5. Mango peeled, cored and cut into small pieces

6. Use a food processor to make a smooth puree

7. Add 300 grams to the egg yolk paste in portions

8. Stir well

9. Pour the whipped cream into the container, add 30 grams of sugar

10. Whipped until 6-7 distributed

11. Pour the mixed custard puree into the whipped cream

12. Stir well

13. Cover until freezer

14. Take out every 1 hour and stir evenly, repeat stirring 3-4 times and then freeze hard.

Tips:

Remarks:

1. After the custard is mixed, you can drop some lemon juice to remove the eggy

2. When heating, be sure to simmer slowly on a small fire, if it is about to boil, leave the fire to reheat for a while

3. Use a food processor to beat the mango several times to make it more delicate

4. If you don’t like mango, you can replace it with other fruits of the same amount
