When the mango pancake didn’t seem to have enough, I made a simple version this time. It can be done in a microwave oven, which is very convenient.

Mango Pancake (microwave Version)

1. The prepared materials, premixed powder, eggs, and milk are all put into the basin

2. Pump and stir evenly

3. Add melted butter and stir well, let stand for about 20 minutes

4. Sift the batter

5. Spoon a scoop of batter into the special pancake plate, one scoop is about 40 grams

6. Shake the plate to spread the batter evenly

7. Put it in the microwave, high heat for one minute

8. Take out the plate

9. Gently uncover it with your hand along the edge, it is a pancake skin, and make all the batter one by one.

10. Whipped cream

11. Put a spoonful of light cream on the pancake skin first, put a piece of mango, and then put a spoonful of light cream

12. Fold up like a quilt, put it in the refrigerator and set it in shape

13. Cut in half before eating

Tips:

Regarding the time of the microwave oven, some microwave ovens may take one and a half minutes. Be sure to determine the time according to the power of your own microwave oven. If you are not sure, make a few skins and try the time first.
