Mango Pudding
1.
Stir the mango-flavored pudding powder in a milk pan with enough purified water;
2.
Heat to liquid boiling;
3.
Stir on low heat for three or four minutes;
4.
Let it cool and pour it into a pudding bottle;
5.
Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
6.
Refrigerate for three or four hours and take out a little candied fruit.
Tips:
The cooking process must be constantly stirred with a spoon to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot. If you are afraid of trouble, you can make it directly with boiling hot water. If you like the strength, you can increase the amount of pudding powder; if you don't like the preserved fruit, it will taste better with fresh mango pulp, and other fruits are also available.
