Margarita Cookies
1.
First prepare the butter and wait for it to soften. Take the two cooked eggs. Peel the eggs and separate one bowl to put the egg whites and the other put the egg yolks. Take only the egg yolks and sieve them.
2.
After 100 grams of butter is softened, add 60 grams of powdered sugar and 1 gram of salt. Whisk with a whisk, the color becomes lighter and puffy. Pour in the sifted egg yolks and mix well!
3.
Mix 100 grams of Baile wheat low-gluten flour and 100 grams of corn starch into the whipped butter, and start kneading the dough with your hands!
4.
The state of kneading the dough is slightly dry, not too wet, and it will not dry out. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour!
5.
After the dough is taken out of the refrigerator, bake in the oven and preheat at 170 degrees for 5 minutes!
6.
Remove the refrigerated dough, pull a small piece, knead it into a small ball, put the small ball on the baking tray, press from the top down with your thumb, cracks appear in the biscuit! (I did it with my son, big and small, haha)
7.
The biscuits are shaped, put in the upper middle of the oven, 170 degrees, 20 minutes!
Tips:
1. I boil the eggs in a small pot without opening the lid, boil the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stuffy for a while. Take it out and put it in cold water to separate the skin from the egg and yolk!
2. Remember to warm up!
3. It is happier to make baking with children! (He would say: "Mom, the biscuits are delicious!)
