Quinoa Margarita Cookies

Add sugar to the softened butter;

Beat the butter until fluffy and whitish;

Sift in cornstarch and quinoa pastry flour and mix well;

Sift in boiled egg yolks;
5.
Make dough and put it in the refrigerator for one hour;

Knead the dough into small balls of similar size and place them on a non-stick baking pan;

Press flat with your thumb, the biscuit embryo will appear natural cracks;

Put it into the preheated oven, the middle and lower floors, and the upper and lower heating pipes each at 150 degrees for 15 minutes. Please refer to your own oven for the specific time and temperature.
Tips:
1. You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your preferences;
2. In winter, the room temperature is cold, and the butter is not convenient to soften. You can put the butter in the oven, put a bowl of hot water, close the oven door, and the butter will soften in place in three to five minutes without excessively softening;
3. The quinoa pastry flour can be replaced with the same amount of low flour.
