Marinated Crab

Prepare a live crab

Use a brush to clean and drain

Bring the water to the boil, put down the ginger, star anise, cinnamon and green onions

Put 5 tablespoons of salt, boil for 2 minutes, put some high-quality wine, into salt brine

Pour the brine into a large bowl and let it cool

Take a large container, put the crabs, and pour the brine

The salt brine should be submerged over the crabs, sealed and put in the refrigerator

Take it out in 7 days

Soak in cold water to remove the salty taste

Distribute, remove the gills, remove the stomach
