I like to use casserole for cooking. In winter, use Chinese cabbage, put 2 crabs, add some sausage and bacon, and stew together. Isn't it tempting to have such a big pot of deliciousness? "

Red Crab Sausage and Cabbage Claypot

1. Wash Chinese cabbage and cut into sections.

2. Bacon, sausage slices.

3. Wash the red crab, spread out, and remove impurities.

4. Take the casserole, put an appropriate amount of water, and put down the Chinese cabbage.

5. Put down the crab.

6. Add ginger, green onion, cooking wine, oil.

7. Add bacon and sausage.

8. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

9. Put down the lid of the red crab and simmer for another 10 minutes.

10. Add pepper, salt, and green onions.

Tips:

1. Because my casserole is relatively small, I cook it for a few minutes first, and then put the crab lid on when the vegetables are wilted. If the casserole is big enough, you can put it all on and cook at the beginning.

2. If the bacon is fatter, you don't need to put oil.
