Marinated Edamame

Boil water in the pot first, and then put the bittern package and cook for ten minutes, the bittern has a strong aroma;

Wash the edamame and cut off the sharp corners at both ends with scissors;

Keep the hot water boiling, pour the edamame, add two tablespoons of salt and a few drops of oil;
4.
Do not cover the pot during the whole process, cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat;
5.
Soak in the pot for more than an hour to let the edamame fully taste, remove and eat!
Tips:
It is not difficult to cook edamame. Master the following three key points, and the color of cooked edamame will be the same as clear green:
1. Use boiling water to boil edamame;
2. Remember to drop a few drops of oil;
3. Don't cover the lid during the whole process;
Of course, light edamame looks good in appearance, and edamame itself is not tasty, that doesn’t work, the same three key points:
1. Use scissors to cut off the sharp corners at both ends of the soybeans;
* If you don't want to cut off the ends, buy them back in the morning, wash and marinate in salt for a whole morning before cooking.
2. When cooking, the amount of salt should be generous;
3. After cooking, put it in the pot and soak for more than one hour;
* The sachets of halogen materials are ready-made in the supermarket. A small bag contains various halogen materials. It can be used once packed in a gauze bag, which is very convenient;
* If not, just use star anise, pepper, tangerine peel, cinnamon and other halogen materials instead; if you like spicy flavor, add some dried chilies.
