Marinated Pork Skin
1.
Prepare the ingredients first.
2.
First, clean the fur on the pigskin and blanch it for 10 minutes.
3.
Then cut off the grease on the pigskin and clean it.
4.
Raise the frying pan, add rock sugar to medium-low heat and stir-fry until big brown-red bubbles bubbling.
5.
Then pour in an appropriate amount of water, add the washed pork skin and aniseed, then add salt, braised soy sauce, and cooking wine. After it is boiled over high heat, turn to medium heat for 40 minutes.
Tips:
It is better to cut the fat on the pigskin after blanching. The fat will not be greasy after the fat is cut off, and there is no need to worry about gaining weight.
