Mashed Potato Shreds

Peel and wash potatoes.

After shredding, put it in cold water to wash off the surface starch.

Boil water in a pot, add shredded potatoes, and boil until the water boils again.

Add sugar, salt, white vinegar, and a little sesame oil.
