Mashed Potato Shreds

1. Peel and wash potatoes.

2. After shredding, put it in cold water to wash off the surface starch.

3. Boil water in a pot, add shredded potatoes, and boil until the water boils again.

4. Remove the shredded potatoes and place in cold water.

5. Drain the shredded potatoes, add shredded green onions and minced garlic.
