Mashed Potatoes with Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients: 50g of Chinese cabbage, 100g of potatoes, appropriate amount of black sesame and walnut sauce.

The cabbage is blanched and cooked.

Drain and cut into sections for later use.

The potatoes are peeled and sliced and steamed.
5.
The cooked cabbage and potatoes are mashed together with a food processor.

Put the mashed puree into a bowl, pour some black sesame walnut sauce and mix well. The remaining surplus can be frozen and stored for a week.
