Matcha Coconut Flakes Milk Candy

Pour whipped cream, sugar and condensed milk into a small pot and stir evenly

While stirring, add 1 g of matcha powder when simmering until thick. The stirring feels a little resistance, like very thick yogurt. If you want the sugar to be hard, cook it again. Into a paste.

Changing condensed milk to maltose is raw milk candy. Refrigerate and cut into pieces. This is delicious. It just melts easily and cannot be taken out or given away.

So I changed the method again and re-added the marshmallows to heat and stir. While hot, pour it on the flat coconut chips. Cool and cut into pieces. Here I put an extra 1 gram of matcha powder.

Tips:
