Ingredients

Matcha Iced Soy Milk

1. Wash the soybeans and soak for 2 hours

2. Drain the soybeans, put them into the soymilk machine together with the yellow rock sugar, add purified water or mineral water to 1300ml

3. Filter the soy milk and let it cool

4. Put the matcha powder in the snowg cup, then add the soy milk and stir evenly

5. Stir the matcha without lumps, then add ice cubes

6. Swing until there is no ice,

7. Sway the rest of the soy milk according to this step

8. Generally you can leave it overnight, and drink it all the next morning, otherwise it will deteriorate.

Tips:

1. If you are afraid that the matcha will clump, stir with a small amount of soy milk first, and then pour a lot of soy milk. 2. I don’t think it has much to do with the variety of matcha, as long as you put more or less
