Matcha Red Bean Mochi

The ingredients are shown in the picture. The egg is about 60 grams after shelling. Mochi mix is made by Taiwan Chuang. The milk can be replaced with water, and the butter is softened at room temperature.

Heat the milk slightly, pour in the matcha powder and stir evenly until there are no matcha powder particles, cool to warm and set aside

Except honey beans, pour all other ingredients into the bread machine bucket and use the kneading function

Stir until it becomes a smooth dough, take out the plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour

Divide the dough into small doses of about 20 grams each

Take a small piece of dough and wrap it in honey beans (this time the oven is preheated to 175 degrees)

Pinch the mouth tightly and rub your hands round

Put the raw mochi in the middle of the oven and bake at 175°C for about 35 minutes, then ready to eat
