This is the first time I made mousse, but it was very successful ✌️"

Matcha Red Bean Mousse

1. Prepare materials

2. Oreos are packed in a fresh-keeping bag and crushed

3. Add melted butter and mix well

4. The bottom of the mold is covered with a layer of tin foil, which must be flat

5. Pour into the mold and flatten with a spoon, refrigerate for later use

6. Cut the gelatine slices, pour in the milk and soak it softly

7. Stir the insulated water until completely dissolved

8. Sift in the matcha powder while it is hot, stir evenly and cool for later use

9. Whip the whipped cream and sugar at low speed to 60%

10. Pour the matcha milk in portions and mix well

11. Take half and pour into the mold

12. Cover a layer of red beans

13. Pour in the rest, add all the red beans, and smooth the surface. Vibrate several times to shake out the bubbles. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours

14. Blow with a hair dryer to take off the film

15. Sift a layer of matcha powder

16. It's finished! It’s delicious, so I don’t need to buy cakes from the cake shop anymore~
