Matcha Soy Milk Pudding

Matcha powder can be sifted in advance or scattered with a brush, etc.

Soymilk is heated, it is recommended to be around 60℃, I don’t have a thermometer, but it’s hot to touch.

Pour soy milk into the beaten matcha powder, add gelatin powder while it's hot and stir well

Add condensed milk, mix well, and sieve again. Condensed milk can be replaced with sugar, and weight loss can even be replaced with sugar substitutes such as xylitol. This amount is very unsweetened to me. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to your preferences and needs.
