Matcha Toffee

Butter melts in water

Add matcha powder and mix well
3.
Add whipped cream, water, and caster sugar to the pot
4.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
5.
Turn to low heat and cook to 118°C while stirring
6.
Turn off the heat, add the matcha butter liquid and stir evenly
7.
Pour into the mold, shape and cut into pieces
8.
Finally seal the package
Tips:
1. Try to choose good quality matcha powder, and the taste will be much better
2. Stir the matcha powder with butter first, it is not easy to have particles!
