Chinese New Year requires sweet honey. Sugar is indispensable. Whether you eat it yourself or give it away, it looks very sweet at this time. Last time I boiled chocolate toffee, this time I want to change the taste. I specially chose matcha to add some flavor to the toffee!

Tips:

1. Try to choose good quality matcha powder, and the taste will be much better
2. Stir the matcha powder with butter first, it is not easy to have particles!
