Mayonnaise

Main ingredients: eggs, corn oil, sugar, white vinegar.

Separate the eggs and take the yolk for use.
3.
Add sugar to the egg yolk.
4.
Beat the whitish with a whisk.
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of corn oil in a small amount.

Beat until it is sticky.
7.
Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.

After stirring evenly, the egg yolk becomes thinner again.
9.
Continue to add corn oil and stir until thick.
10.
Add white vinegar and stir to dilute.
11.
Just repeat the stirring until the corn oil has been added.
12.
Just make the mayonnaise sticky.
13.
Put it in a clean container and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 days without any problems.
Tips:
1. Be careful when adding vinegar. Be sure to add vinegar after it is thick.
2. Add 200ml of corn oil to an egg yolk and it will do. Some can be added to about 250ml.
