Meatballs with Roasted Small Potatoes

Scrape and wash small potatoes

Meatballs and potatoes cut in half
3.
Minced shallots
4.
Fry the potatoes in a hot oil pan until the skin is a little hard

Add the meatballs and stir fry together
6.
Pour in some water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, rock sugar and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
7.
Sprinkle the juice into the chopped green onion and stir well to get out
Tips:
You don’t need too much water. In fact, it’s better to have a third less than mine. The salt should be less. Soy sauce and meatballs have salty taste
