Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup
1.
Put an appropriate amount of whole wheat flour into the basin, add an appropriate amount of water and stir to make a thick batter, which can flow slowly, continue to beat in one direction and wake up for a while
2.
Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces
3.
Raise the frying pan, add the tomatoes and stir fry until it is fragrant
4.
Add appropriate amount of water
5.
I also added some homemade meatballs to cook together, mainly for freshness
6.
When the water in the pot is boiled, the batter is spilled into the soup through the tool. Generally, everyone uses a colander. If my house does not have one, I use the usual grating tool to pour the batter on the tool.
7.
The batter slowly drips into the soup through the small holes, and solidifies into small noodles in the soup. The size of the noodles is determined by the size of your colander.
8.
After all the drops are finished, add some salt to taste
9.
Beat the eggs and pour them into the soup that is boiled again
10.
After the egg is set, sprinkle with pepper and chicken powder and mix well
11.
Just drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving
12.
Out of the pot
Tips:
There are many ways to make gnocchi. Some use water droplets to make the flour into small lumps, or make the batter thicker and use chopsticks to poke it into the soup. It’s like a noodle fish. Get used to it!
