Meiling Congee

Soak the soybeans for two hours in advance

Use the wet soymilk function of the soymilk machine to filter the soymilk and prepare the soymilk for use. Soymilk is 1200ML.

Soak the stem rice for two hours in advance

Wash lily and yam

The yam is washed and steamed and mashed into a puree

Put the stalk rice and soy milk into the pot together, add yam and lily during the cooking process, simmer for an hour on low heat, and finally add rock sugar. The whole kitchen is filled with a sweet smell!

A bowl of warm and sweet porridge makes you feel warm.
Tips:
1. You can buy finished soy milk to save time. 2. After the soy milk and stalk rice are put into the pot, stir more to prevent sticking the pot and pour out the noodles.
