Melon Panna Cotta
1.
Soak the gelatin sheet in water to soften it, soak for about 2 minutes.
2.
Cut off the top of the cantaloupe, then dig out the sac
3.
130 grams of pure milk, pour it into a milk pan, boil on high heat, and then turn off the heat
4.
Add the softened gelatin flakes and mix well until fully integrated
5.
Add a spoonful of granulated sugar and mix well
6.
Pour milk into the muskmelon, wrap it with plastic wrap, and keep it on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. (I refrigerated for one night and only eaten the next day)
7.
The solidified melon panna cotta, cut into small pieces, taste it right away
Tips:
A standard cantaloupe requires about 130 to 150 grams of pure milk, and this amount of milk requires 1 piece (2 grams) of gelatine tablets.
