The oven is preheated in advance, and then the temperature is set at 125 degrees, and the time is 10-12 minutes. Each oven brand is different, and the size of the squeezed beans is different, so the temperature and time I mentioned here are for reference only, and you can adjust it yourself.

The difficulty of melting beans lies in the control of temperature and time. After roasting, the melting beans become hard and turn yellow, and the appearance is not good. If the roast is too short and not cooked, it cannot be taken off the grease paper well. Observe whether the melted beans are baked well, you can use the grease paper. Pick up one corner and flip it gently. If the melted beans can easily fall off the oil paper, it means that the roasting is done. If it does not fall off by itself, it means that the roasting time is not enough, and the roasting time needs to be increased.
